My Personal Secret Sauce (Why Am I So Darn Patient.?)

I was recently asked a question on what my building
philosophy is.. The very concerned friend told me that
he was only asking because he never really hears me
speak of what my plan has been for the last 10 years..

I normally don’t share what I am about to share with
anyone outside of my master mind circle but today I
am going to let the cat out of the bag.

My strategy was given to me by two of
my mentors a long time ago and although
one of them has recently changed his strategy
to something else, my belief is still in what
he taught me almost 10 years ago.

If you are new to network marketing, this
may make too much sense to you and you
will get excited.. As you begin to use this
strategy however, you will doubt it and your
people will also..

I urge you to not listen to your inner voice and
stay true to this strategy. Here is my career in a
nutshell. When the company provided a tool that
was short enough to watch, exciting to watch and
a tool that is to the point, We went big…

When the company didn’t or when they
provided a tool that was long winded, boring
or beating around the bush, I failed..

So without any further delays, here is
my fail-proof strategy that never- ever fails.
No matter what, no matter who, no matter
where.. This strategy will NEVER fail..

I am a firm believer that if you set the
expectations in order, the right people will show
up to your organization..

I believe that in order to make it to see
big incomes in Network Marketing you have
to be committed to personally sponsoring 40
people.. If you want to see success in your lifetime,
sponsor those 40 in 6 months.. not 6 years..

The reason why the magic number is 40 personals
is because that is the only number that will help
your organization to multiply by 5.

If you ask people to sponsor 5, your
duplication will be by 1.83 (Don’t ask me
how in the world I know this, I just do.)

If you ask people to duplicate by 3 or less, your
team is dead in the water and you will have the burden
of sponsoring most of the people yourself until you
find leaders that will stick it through..

Here is another thing that most people fail to
realize.. People are not as excited as you may think
or even as they may tell you..

What I figured out about people is that they
get more excited about learning how to do something
than about actually doing it.

Once I came to terms with this, I figured that I might
as well let them be in learning mode forever.. People
also get more excited about a plan than they do about
the actual compensation plan.

Here is what I decided to roll with, and when I
get this rolling, there is no stopping my team..
This is why I’m so damn pushy for the company to
have a simple tool with the facts and excitement set in
stone so we can run..

I teach WTC—(Wallpaper The City) with Tools..

It all starts with me..

Here are my honest to goodness true numbers
that never fail me, no matter what..

I put out 100 tools into the marketplace. =100 tools = 5 Recruits
I teach to duplicate this all the way to the bank.. It doesn’t matter
how well the team puts out the tools. It only matters that they do..

Here is the Secret Sauce..

5 new people share 100 tools in a month =500 tools (Month 1)
25 New people share 100 tools in a month= 2500 tools (Month 2)
125 New people share 100 tools in a month=12,500 tools (Month 3)
625 New people share 100 tools in a month=62,500 tools (Month 4)
3,125 New People share 100 tools in a month=312,500 tools (Month 5)
15,625 New People share 100 tools in a month=1,562,500 tools (Month 6)

You see how no one in my organization is breaking their back?
What is 100 tools in a month?
Less than 4 tools a day..

Any part time person can do that..

Just in these 6 months you can see that even if just 10%
of those tools fall on good ground, your organization would
have grown to over 20,000 distributors..

What is your company had an autoship of
just 50 points?

20,000 X 50=1,000,000 points for the month..

Isn’t that amazing?

What if you earned 4% of all that volume?

That’s $40,000 residual hot nasty dollars a month..

That’s $480,000 a year..
